Pork fillet stir fry

1 tbsp oil
110g/4oz pork fillet, thinly sliced
55g/2oz purple sprouting broccoli, chopped
½tin water chestnuts, diced
½red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
2 baby leeks, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the pork and cook for two to three minutes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté for another five minutes.
3. Transfer to a dish and serve warm.

Preparation time less than 30 mins
Cooking time 10 to 30 mins
