FISH FILLET WITH GREEK DRESSING

Any thin flat fish fillet (flounder, turbot, trout, etc.)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley or 1 tbsp. fresh
1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
1 tbsp. olive oil
Combine all ingredients. Pour over fillets which have been placed in a shallow baking dish. Broil until browned (10 to 15 minutes).
