1 lb. pastry sheets (filo)
3/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. Spry or CriscoSalt and pepper to taste
9 eggs
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. Feta cheese

Have cheese at room temperature. Beat eggs until very fluffy (15 minutes). Add pieces of softened cheese, salt and pepper. Beat until cheese is well blended into mixture.
Melt butter and Spry. With brush, grease bottom of 11 x 16 inch pan. Cut pastry dough to fit pan and cover with 6 layers of filo, buttering each layer. Pour egg and cheese mixture into pan and cover with 8 more layers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares. Mmm, mmm, good!
