BULGARIAN HAMBURGER

1 lb. meat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley

Mix ingredients well and form into patties or sausage rolls. Fry or grill until done. Especially good when meat has been allowed to marinate with the spices for a few days.
